Tips for Goal Setting

Let’s talk about your goals!

Spending time Goal Setting is a valuable and powerful way for your to identify your goals, and to ensure you are able to make progress towards meeting your goals.

Here are our simple tips for Goal Setting:

  1. Define It
    Get Specific.
    What are your goals?
    Why are they important?
    How would your life change if you were to hit your goals?
    What is your motivation?
    Ask yourselves these questions to ensure you are really clear on what your goals are, and why you want to work towards them.

  2. Plan It
    What is the first step you should take to start making progress towards your goal? Break your big goal into smaller milestone tasks and targets, and set a goal for each step. Breaking goals down into steps makes them more actionable and achievable.

  3. Achieve It
    Track your progress as you go. Maybe you can’t achieve your whole goal all at once, but track your small milestones and progress throughout. This allows you to see the progress you’re making towards your goals, and motivate you to continue.

  4. Celebrate!
    Take time to celebrate all progress, even smaller milestones. All of your hard work and progress is an accomplishment. So don’t be afraid to celebrate your wins, even the small ones! You’ve earned it!
